Representing Donegal and Ulster are: U-13 Girls:Melissa Mc Gee, Tuberkeen; Mia Mc Devitt, Braade; Leah Mc Garvey, Dore and Emily Croke, Roshine N.S. Maghery. U-13 Boys: Éamonn Ó Gallchóir, Pobalscoil Ghaoth Dobhair; John Boyle and Oran Wallace, Dungloe. U-15 Girls: Ciara Curran, Orfhlaith Winters, Pobalscoil Ghaoth Dobhair; Caoimhe Boyle, Mullaghduff; Jessica Oglesby, Burtonport; Saskia Boyle, Keadue. The final race in the 5k series takes place this Sunday morning at Carrickfinn with a 11am start. Registrations in the Donegal Airport from 10:15am. There is also a 1k race for u-14’s. Entry is 5 euro for adults and 1 euro for kids. Refereshments afterwards. No better way to spend a Sunday morning that walking, jogging or running around the airport and beaches at Carrickfinn. Please come along and support!!!!Well done to Ciaran McGonagle on winning the Swilly Seals 5K in Letterkenny last week in a time of 16.48 followed closely by Kevin McGee who finished 2nd in a time of 17.27. There is no shortage of races to suit all so take a look and mark your races and next milestones.Come Dine With Me – Calling all Rosses AC parents and senior athletes. Would you like to take part in a simple yet fun fundraiser for your club? If so, why not volunteer to host a ‘Come Dine With Me’ evening for your family and friends? This is a great opportunity for a relaxed and enjoyable evening with friends while at the same time raising much needed funds for our club. Adult training sessions continue on Wednesday evenings at 7pm and Friday evenings at 8pm at the Industrial Estate, lead by Paul McGee. Long run sessions are happening every Sunday morning at 11am. Meet at the Blue Bridge, Arduns, Gweedore. Dates for Diary: The third race in our Spring Series is this Sunday 26th April and open to walkers, joggers and runners. North West 10k Sunday May 3rd.
