Mobile banking app Moven has raised $23M in Series B funding from investors that include SBI Group, TD Bank, and Westpac. Founded in 2011 by Alex Sion, Brett King, the company has now raised a total of $47.4M of funding over five funding rounds. The company has announced that it plans to acquired a bank and split the business into two.
